Here’s why Community matters…
You weren’t made to do this alone. And I don’t mean that as a nice sentiment. I mean it as a fact God built into us from the very beginning.
I’ve written 14 books and Bible studies and recorded nearly a thousand episodes of the Jesus Over Everything podcast, and underneath almost all of it is some version of the same truth: God knows you, He’s not surprised by your story, and He never intended for you to carry any of it solo.
Over the years, I’ve built (and joined) a handful of spaces that do exactly that: places where the Bible is the bottom line, the conversation is honest, and you’re surrounded by people who get it. Some are free. Some are paid. Some open a few times a year. Others land in your inbox every week. None of them exist to add noise to your life. They exist to give you somewhere real to land.

Ministry life isn’t a sprint — it’s a marathon, and most of the leaders I talk to are running it exhausted, isolated, and quietly wondering if anyone else feels what they feel.
The Ministry Strong Cohort is my answer to that: a 6-month experience for women serving and leading ministry who are ready for the kind of growth that only comes from real accountability, honest reflection, and a relentless commitment to Biblically-grounded practices. This isn’t a course you complete on your own time. It’s a small group of women God brings together for a season, walking through it with me.
